Our client has an urgent need for an experienced organisational design specialist to join a programme of work that is about to get under way.
 
This is a large scale review and requires a person who can demonstrate capabilities around the review of best practice both operationally and functionally and in turn help develop
a fit for purpose model that supports a move towards more of a shared service model.
 
The right person must have worked in a project environment, have superb internal stakeholder management skills and be able to deliver work in a timely manner.
 
This is a challenging role requiring someone who brings a pragmatic approach and a resilient nature to deal with a demanding programme timeline.
