This household NZ brand has a turnover of \$200M and employs over 1000 staff. A visionary CEO is embarking on realising latent potential through astute strategies and management practices. As part of a revitalized team, they seek an accomplished CFO who is able to make a very significant contribution to the overall success of the business and continue to build to best in class practice.

Your brief will have a very commercial focus, designed to add value. Your responsibilities will include business insights, leading the budgeting and forecasting process, statutory reporting, people leadership, substantial capex development, leading major inventory initiatives, etc. Leading a small, high impact commercial team, you carry full financial P&L responsibility for the NZ operation working closely with a shared services function in the Australian Head Office.

With full CA qualifications, you bring a strategic approach and the credibility to be a real voice in the leadership team. You will have led transformations in complex multi profit centre businesses. With excellent presentations skills to Board level, you can influence groups and articulate your business cases with finesse. Your style is to proactively seek improvement and change, and your commercial expertise develops strong bridges of communication across the organization to convert opportunities into bottom line gains to the business.
