As a Customer Care Consultant for this highly regarded insurance brokerage company, no one day will be the same. Your ability to take the lead whilst making the most of every opportunity will see you succeed in this role. As with most sales opportunities your belief in the product comes first and foremost. Your passion for financial guidance and protection, your people skills and your ability to see the bigger picture will see you well rewarded for your efforts. Excellent communication skills and top-notch presentation are absolutely essential together with an upbeat and personable manner. Previous experience in a customer service role or one with an element of people interaction is important – full training provided to ensure confidence with role expectations. If you have the confidence and ability to establish the first point of contact following sales/customer service techniques in gaining information to achieve results – you will inturn receive job satisfaction within this role.
